1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for products that are damaged or broken upon delivery.
To qualify for a refund, you must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Exclusions
Orders that are delayed, stuck in customs, or affected by any external circumstances are not eligible for refunds.
Customers understand and accept that Orvion Equipment Trading LLC is not responsible or liable for delays caused by customs or shipping processes.
Refunds are not applicable for products that have been opened, used, or mishandled by the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
